Fastelavn er mit navn…. Our “pie twist” on the Danish holiday bun is back! We take ALL the traditional fillings of dark chocolate, vanilla custard, tart raspberry and fresh whipped cream, and layer them into one decadent slice.

Welcome to the pie shop!

In 2015, we opened our doors as Denmark’s first authentic pie shop with a simple vision of creating a home-away-from-home through the rustic world of pie. Specializing in both seasonal sweet pies and savory meat and veggie pies, everything is handmade on location in a historical 300-year old building.

We welcome customers to enjoy the cozy old-school vibes of our pie shop café, and to share our knowledge with informative Pie Baking Classes and lively Team Building Events. You can even bake our pies at home with our extensive lineup of Take & Bake items.
