Welcome to The Pie Co.
In 2015, we opened our doors as Denmark’s first authentic pie shop with a simple vision of creating a home-away-from-home through the rustic world of pie. Specializing in both seasonal sweet pies and savory meat and veggie pies, everything is handmade on location in a historical 300-year old building.
We welcome customers to enjoy the cozy old-school vibes of our pie shop café, and to share our knowledge with informative Pie Baking Classes and lively Team Building Events. You can even bake our pies at home with our extensive lineup of Take & Bake items.

Create our #1 customer favorite – Yo’Mama’s Apple Cinnamon Pie – in our signature pie crust from scratch. (As seen on Den Store Bagedyst!)
What you’ll learn:
With a complete hands-on experience, from start to finish, you’ll learn the basics of pie dough, and how to get a perfect crust. Properly rolling out dough, and assembling a pie, along with learning to make a woven crust, and tips for perfect baking.
Class features:
> Savory Pie tasting for a light dinner/snack.
> Sweet Pie tasting in our café.
> After class, you’ll have a freshly baked pie to take home

> Assistance from staff and clean-up, so you can focus on the fun part!
