Learn to bake with Brooke aka The Nearly Danish Dame! This fun and informative introductory class will teach you the basics for creating the pie shop’s #1 pie: an American apple cinnamon pie with a handmade golden pie crust from scratch.

What you’ll learn:
With a complete hands-on experience, from start to finish, you’ll learn the basics of pie dough, and how to get a perfect crust. Properly rolling out dough, and assembling a pie, along with learning to make a woven crust, and tips for perfect baking.

Class features:
> Savory Pie tasting for a light dinner during class.
> While pies are baking, a Sweet Pie tasting + coffee, tea or cold drink in our café.
> When the class is over, you’ll have a freshly baked Apple Cinnamon Pie to take home and enjoy.
