Why do you host the
GRATITUDE & FOOD DINNER EVENTS
the week before Thanksgiving??
Each year we host 4 consecutive evenings of our Gratitude & Food event, which are very special Thanksgiving evenings for us and our guests, many are repeat customers and some even travel over borders to join. We have to do this the week before, due to the extremely large volume of To-Go Thanksgiving Dinners and whole pies for all our other customers around Denmark who are celebrating with friends and family on the actual date. Therefore, we are extremely busy focusing on fulfilling those dreams the week of Thanksgiving. :-)
Why can’t I reserve a table on Thanksgiving Day or weekend?
We have a lot of people wanting to reserve for Thanksgiving, but our pie shop is buzzing with preorder pickups at this time. You are welcome to come and join the fun, but it’s first come first serve on table availability, with a maximum seating time of 1.5 hours, so everyone can enjoy the Thanksgiving festivities at the pie shop. We have a Thanksgiving lunch special, or you can preorder our Take & Bake Thanksgiving Dinner, which we highly recommend, because it’s awesome! :-)
What is the Thanksgiving lunch special?
Thoughout the month of November, we celebrate by offering our Thanksgiving Turkey Pie, Cranberry Sauce and a slice Pumpkin Pie or Apple Pie for 179,-. We also have a vegetarian option. This special is available in the cafe for sit-down customers, for takeaway, or you can order it on Wolt Danmark for delivery to your door. :-)
What if I forgot to preorder for Thanksgiving and I am desperate?!
We offer a set number of Walk-In pies on Thanksgiving Day and weekend for those of you who may have forgotten to preorder. But be warned: These go fast and it’s first come first serve!! We will not accept phone calls to reserve. You can call to see if we have some left, but we cannot hold them, so get to the shop in good time if possible! PREORDER NOW
Do you have vegan options?
Yes! Our Winter Root & Rosemary Pie is veggie/vegan friendly. Top it with our housemade cranberry relish, and you’ll have a very satisfied tummy! Available in the cafe for sit-down customers, takeaway, as Take & Bake pies to bake at home, or you can order it on Wolt Danmark for delivery to your door. :-)
Additionally, if you wish for a vegan Thanksgiving sweet pie, we offer our infamous Yo’Mama’s Apple Cinnamon Pie as a vegan version for special online orders, as well as our signature pie dough and pre-rolled single crusts for your home baking. Go here to see all our Vegan options.
Do you have Gluten-Free pies?
Yep! We offer our Pimped Out Pumpkin Pie or Kiss Me Quick Key Lime Pie in a gluten-free option as well. (Note: we are not a certified gluten-free kitchen) Go here to preorder a gluten-free pie.
